Les quiero compartir algunos tips extraídos de una página del libro de Innocent Drinks redactado por Richard Reeds uno de sus fund adores. The patented, no-nosense, having-an-idea-to-start-your-own-business checklist (just in case you couldn’t be bothered to read the last few pages)
1. Follow the need. Have a look at the world around you. Where’s the gap between what people want and that’s available?. Whitch day-to-day problems need solving?
2. Know your audience (it could be you). Understand your target audience, which will be eaasier if it’s you or your peers.
3. Think better, not different. You don’t have reinvent the wheel. Just make a better one.
4. Remember the granny test. If you can’t explain it to granny, don’t do it.
5. Keep the main thing the main thing. Identify your main thing and stick to it. Make every decision based on whether it gets you closer to your goal.
